Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped on business days only, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Time
Orders within South Africa are typically delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
If tracking information does not update within 5 business days, please contact us at info@hublu.co.za and we will assist you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Once an order has been processed, shipping address changes may not be possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. While delivery is handled by a third-party courier, HUBLU will assist in investigating and resolving the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. HUBLU cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
